Employee Resource Groups (ERG)

To foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and provide support, FranklinCovey’s employee resource groups help associates connect with co-workers based on shared characteristics or life experiences. In addition to building a stronger workforce, ERGs also contribute to personal and career development in the work environment.

Recognition Awards

FranklinCovey recognizes the contributions of associates through two main awards:

The FranklinCovey Achiever with Heart Award is given to associates who have modeled an “above and beyond” behavioror action that exemplifies one of FranklinCovey’s core values: The Whole Person, The Principles We Teach, Lasting Client Impact, The Pursuit of Growth.

Chairman’s Club is a performance-based award given to eligible associates. Those who earn this award are invited to attend a trip hosted by the executive team or given travel money for years when a trip is not held.

FranklinCovey Care Fund

The FranklinCovey Care Fund provides temporary financial assistance and support to co-workers when they are faced with hardship and crisis outside their control. Global Day of Service

FranklinCovey associates from around the world dedicate time and resources to helping their communities through acts of service and raising funds to donate to local organizations.
