Long-Term Disability

FranklinCovey provides Long-Term Disability coverage at no cost to you as well. This coverage provides a benefit equal to 60% of your monthly earnings up to $10,000 per month if you are disabled for a period of 90 days or more.

Salary Continuation

Full time and part time employees who are approved for a medically certified leave, including FMLA or 6-week medical leave, for their own serious health condition are eligible for the salary continuance program. FranklinCovey will provide 100% salary continuation for employees who meet the eligibility requirements.
